Book Launch

Passover – A Kosher Collection will be officially launched at McNally Robinson Booksellers at Grant Park in Winnipeg on February 21st at 2 PM.  If you’re in the area please stop by for a few (very few!) words from me, book signing and some treats from the book.

After growing up in the family catering business, I left home for university and earned a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. After returning to Winnipeg and the family business,  it didn't take long for me to start testing and trying new recipes. I decided to combine my interest in creating recipes with my love of writing and wrote Soup - A Kosher Collection - my first kosher cookbook. Just in time for Passover 2010, my second cookbook Passover - A Kosher Collection was published. My third cookbook, Pam's Cookie Collection is the third book in my collection.
