It’s all over.. Chanukah that is.

Last night was the final night of Chanukah for the year.  I love to see the Chanukiah with all nine candles glowing.  I hope you and yours had a nice holiday and a good Shabbos. 

I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for a break from fried foods!

After growing up in the family catering business, I left home for university and earned a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. After returning to Winnipeg and the family business,  it didn't take long for me to start testing and trying new recipes. I decided to combine my interest in creating recipes with my love of writing and wrote Soup - A Kosher Collection - my first kosher cookbook. Just in time for Passover 2010, my second cookbook Passover - A Kosher Collection was published. My third cookbook, Pam's Cookie Collection is the third book in my collection.
