All of these freeze well, so they can be made now and tucked away for the holidays. (Freeze the kreplach once cooked, but the knishes should be frozen raw, then baked from frozen, not thawed.)
I came here to see the kugel recipe, after Norene praised it and look what wonderful post I found!
Thank you for taking the time to create these demos, they certainly help, especially those of us who are not of jewish heritage but still enjoy the wonderful food we remember eating as kids in Eastern Europe
